I'm totally blank this morning -- random and a bit tired. Have been having odd dreams (which is the norm for me, really), like the one about the giant tomato plant ("Feed me, Seymore!") that was covered with green tomatoes, but all the tomatoes had wasp eggs on them (the white wasp eggs that are usually on the tomato worms).
In the dream I was facing not only pruning the plant (and it didn't want to be pruned), but washing off every single tomato, carefully so it wouldn't fall off the plant.
I've also had my waiting tables dream -- one I usually have when I'm feeling overwhelmed. I was a good waitress... I'm not bragging, I really was -- but in my dream, I have so many tables I can't keep up, and I forget things and my customers aren't taken care of. It's incredibly stressful and I wake up exhausted.
I could really get into having a night's sleep where I just SLEEP and wake up rested. *sigh*

My dreams are terribly vivid, but the older I get, the easier it is to forget them. All I remember nowadays is the intense emotion.

Yes, I do dream vividly. Sometimes a good thing...sometimes not so great. Just happy I'm starting to sleep again!

When I dream, they're pretty vivid. Sometimes I can dream so much that I wake up feeling exhausted (kinda like yours last night!).
I had a whacko dream a couple of nights ago and all I remember is I was in California.

I didn’t know you used to wait tables. I was a waitress for the last five years. The first restaurant I worked at was okay and I make okay money. I was there for four years. The last restaurant I worked at was very unprofessional. The bosses didn’t want to pay the waitresses to work, so rather than having a few waitresses to man the floor, they only had one (usually me) work all by herself and wait on thirty tables at the same exact time. Plus, there would sometimes be a wait outside. It was very stressful to take care of that many tables, especially when they were too cheap to get a busser or bartender, so I had to do that too. And then, they always had me work double shifts so I would come to work before the restaurant opened, and work until closing time. All without any breaks. I constantly had nightmares that I was a prisoner at that job, or that I had to move in there and live in there (as some customers already assumed I lived there). Although the tips were out of this world, the job itself was an absolute disaster. Half the time when I would come home, I would be so drained and tired I would have to crawl to the shower.
I've had very vivid dreams and then I've had dreams where I've woken up and not remembered a thing.
