Thief!

I've decided the best part about having a son as opposed to a daughter is that a son won't TAKE YOUR CLOTHES AND ACCESSORIES.

Got up this morning, showered, dressed and went to grab a scrunchie for my hair off my scruchie holder which, up until recently, was jam packed with the things. This morning? Here's what I found:

I'm willing to be if she actually owned green clothes, those last two would be gone as well.

A few days ago, I went to put on my sneakers to take the dog for a walk... and they were missing. When DD got home from school, I saw them on her feet.

"Why didn't you wear YOUR sneakers?"

"Because they were upstairs and yours were right there by the door."

Of course .... makes perfect sense now.

A boy wouldn't do these things. Right? Or, at the very least, he'd be stealing from my husband and it wouldn't be my problem.

I think I'll commission my mom to make me some scrunchies. And then, some day I should probably invest in my own sewing machine ...

You Are Goal Oriented

You've figured out systems that work for you in life, and you rely on those systems for stability.

You don't dislike alone time... in fact, you savor it. You grow and learn the most when you're by yourself.

Focused and super charged, your instincts are a good guide for your next step.

Sometimes you wish you could express yourself better, but you don't feel like you know how to do it.

ROFL... this is just about spot on.

It had to happen sooner or later.

It's only the beginning.... ;-)

Here's mine:
"You are Happiness Oriented"
You are lively and inspiring. People love to be around your energy.
You try to make every day feel like a vacation, even if you have other responsibilities.

You are hard-working and persevering. You don't take no for an answer.
You believe in yourself and in others as well. A lot can come from giving someone the benefit of the doubt.

That's the problem with daughters. What's hers is hers and what's yours is hers. LOL

I remember those days. I would take my mom's make up. And then one day I woke and couldn't find a new pair of earings. That night, mom came home from work wearing them. I took something else from her, and next thing I know I was missing a few purses.

Welcome to my world! She now wears the same size shoes and is taller than me. Fortunately she's a lot thinner or I fear there'd be nothing left in my closet.

It won't stop for a long time. After raising 5 daughters, I have had favorite tops missing and jackets. Shoes sometimes. I even once bought a different size in a jacket so it would definitely not fit any daughter - one still took it.LOL

My son never borrowed clothes from his dad - not cool enough. :)

Hmm, Daughter and I can't wear the same shoes anymore. And she's tinier and taller than I am. But, she loves my camo hat. *g* Son, on the other hand, has taken Chris' old pocket watch, other watches and hats. And Son wants my camo hat, too. Now if they are music related or book related, Daughter wants it since we share a few things in common.

I hope you're having a nice day!

Think of it as a rite of passage...the right to take your stuff.

You Are Family Oriented

As long as you have people to love and a roof over your head, you're good. You don't need much to be happy.

You are a very charitable person, and you have faith in others. Almost everyone is very impressed with you.

You take "go with the flow" to the extreme. Even if you don't like where you're going.

You get satisfaction by giving to others. It feels good to be needed.

this is pretty accurate
