I had another person--Hi, Chris! ((waves))--tell me I made her cry, in a good way, with my story (released yesterday), "Don't Fence Me In". Soon the world will be awash with tears...LOL... have you read it yet? Feel free to post a review of it on your blog and/or over at The Wild Rose Press!

Your Daily Dakota:

A little doggy/daughter bonding by the wood stove. I have a picture, somewhere, of the DD at about 3 y.o. sitting up against Bailey in front of the stove, reading a book to her. History is repeating itself.

=============================

You Are Very Honest

You tell it like it is, no matter what.
Even if the truth hurts, you'll dish it out.
And while some may get hurt by your honesty...
At least everyone knows where you stand!

LOL... This is a very real problem for me. Don't ever, EVER, ask me if "that" makes you look fat. *G*.

Awww... that is a sweet picture!

I'm looking forward to "Don't Fence Me In" -- even if it makes me cry. Like all your stories have.

Wet Noodle Posse has some great writing tip topics. I think I may have to participate.

I'm so looking forward to reading your latest! *bouncing in my seat*

And I'm determined to getting back to writing. After I tackle a cleaning project (cutting toys from the herd and sending them off to the yard sale collection).

Aww... Anno... I don't mean to make you cry. But, this one will, I think.

Ceri... maybe all that bouncing will help your cold go away. Good luck culling toys. We're doing the same in my neck of the woods!

I loved your quote today. But then, again, I also love Eartha Kitt! I'm also psyched by the Wet Noodle Posse's new plans. I'm having a bad flare-up with my fibromyalgia, so I didn't get to read last night, but I'm hoping for "Don't Fence Me In" time later this morning. Adorable DD and Dakota, too!

Don't Fence Me In is next on my reading list.

Love the photo of Dakoata and DD.

re: quiz - I'm Very Honest.

Wet Noodle Posse blog plans are worth looking at. I guess I'm already starting to miss He wrote/She wrote workshop.

Love the quote. And I do agree with her, wholeheartedly.

OMG, the dog is already growing. Too cute, your daughter reading to the dog. So sweet!

Much to my surprise, I'm Very Honest, too. *g*

Aww, love the picture! And the puppy sure is growing! *G*
You're stories are very emotional, BUT GOOD! *g*

And as for the quiz: I am very honest.

Have a wonderful day!

That's the thing with writing, I don't ever feel like I will 'know' everything. It's a constant learning process. I also love that established writers share their knowledge so that we can all benefit.

Great blog Marianne

Jen, I hope you're feeling better today!

Dru, thanks so much for the lovely review you sent! I'm glad you enjoyed the story.

Mel, I'm a writing class whore... I love them. You should see my bookshelves full of "how-to" books! LOL...

Sarita, Dakota is getting HUGE! I can't believe how fast she's growing.

Tori, oh twin of mine, that's "brutally honest"!

Aw... thanks, Brandy. blushes

EJ, thanks for visiting! Hope to see you over at WNP this year. It'll be fun.
