Glad you liked Messenger. I was a little worried that you started before I could finish it (I was worried something might happen to the Doorman). But .... you know how it ends.
Yeah... something happening to the Doorman would have ruined everything, and considering how Ed kept alluding the DM's age, I wondered the same thing.
Still... I was a little confused. Gave it to my mom, who read it in about 3 hours and she felt the same. A good book, full of great meaning, but the ending was a bit obtuse.
