WOOT!

The most practical, beautiful, workable philosophy in the world won't work - if you won't. - Zig Ziglar

"You can be anything you want to be, if only you believe with sufficient conviction and act in accordance with your faith; for whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve." — Napoleon Hill

Lookie, lookie what the nice UPS man brought me yesterday!!!!

I decided to put my book next to a NY Times bestseller in the hopes the mojo would rub off. Can't hurt, right?

I was very, very calm about the whole thing:

Okay... maybe not:

You have to know I was excited since I'm posting pictures of me WITH NO MAKEUP ON. Just saying...

The frustrating thing? No humans here to share it with, except DD who said, "Hope you make them put it in all the stores."

Yep, I'm going to MAKE them... mu-ha-ha...

Anyway, I hied my butt down to a neighbor's house (Dd's friend, Bugsy's mom), whipped out a book and said, "I don't think I've told you I write, but I had to share this with a human!"

She was suitably impressed and promised to buy a copy. Maybe I should try that kind of marketing all over the place... yanno, like stopping people in WalMart. "I don't know if you know," pull out book "but I WROTE this and you should buy a copy!"

It's a thought.

Anyway, Judy says I should have a "win it before you can buy it contest", and I will... as soon as I can think straight. Okay?

Woo hoo!!! Congratulations! I'm so excited. I better get over to your publisher's site to see when I can get my hand on my own copy.

Again, a big congrats!

That is SO cool. Are you in a tourist area of NH? Johnathan Rand got his start by leaving stacks of his books in GAS STATIONS (on commission) and folks going off for vacation bought them and then became addicted. You never know...

They’re gorgeous! You must be thrilled.

I've had Liv on pre-order over at Amazon just about forever, but I wouldn't mind winning an extra copy. ;-)

I am so excited for you. I have already told all my friends here, and if they won't buy it, I'll buy a copy and that will be their Christmas present. They won't get any of my homemade fudge.

I would love to win an extra copy. I am anxious to get mine that I pre-ordered.

Were you able to sleep last nite?

I like your marketing strategy - low cost but I'll bet it's effective. Affective? Whatever. I barely ever see most of my neighbors, though. I'm afraid they'd have me arrested if I popped up on their doorstep with my book!

Congratulations!!!
