I just came back from the ceremony my building complex does every year. Two of our residents were lost that day, one was the brother of my friend.
I'm reflective today. 9/11 is such a sad day. Will never be able to get those images out of my mind, and for all the people who died, I'm not sure I ever want to.
Marianne, you are a goddess for homeschooling your child! One day she'll look back and be so thankful. :-)
I couldn't have chosen a better place to be yesterday for 9-11 though there were a lot of tears. My brother in law is amongst 700 NH National Guardsman who'll be deploying in November to Kuwait. The ceremony they had for them yesterday was incredible. Such an honor to be there!
