Rain certainly lends itself to musical references, doesn't it? DD went around all day yesterday, "Talking to myself and feeling old..."
Yes, she really does know the Carpenters.
And because I AM feeling old and blue (why does weather affect our emotions so much?), I leave you with a musical tribute to rain...
Here's hoping that tomorrow I can play "Here Comes the Sun" or "Sunshine On My Shoulders" instead!

I just posted Ernest singing "Gee, I'm Glad it's Raining" on my FB. I've listened to it 3 times and cried each time!
Rain is not my friend even though the earth needs it. I think they're still predicting early morning showers tomorrow with clear skies in the afternoon.

I don't mind rain as long as it's not cold.
That said, I like my rain in limited quantities. When I lived in SE Texas, it rained constantly. (It's semi tropical down there.)
Lot of greenery, but also lots of mud.
Hope you get the sun back soon.
I like rain, in bursts. Day after day of it and I become antsy. And I know it sounds weird, but there's something about a Thunderstorm that I love.
I do hope y'all get some sun soon!
I like the rain a lot more when I live in the desert. Here? Not so much.
