What's in your purse?
Why? Do you plan to rob me? You are, aren’t you? You won’t get much. All I have is forty dollars. Okay, sure, I have some credit cards but you have to know the instant you take my purse I’m calling to have them frozen. I’m sure you wouldn’t find anything else in there interesting. Well…depends on what you like you might enjoy the “feminine entertainment”. If you have bad breath you might enjoy the Tic Tac’s. And I notice your hair is a little messy so the brush might come in handy. Come to think of it, the pen might come in handy as well if you need to sign yourself out of jail after being released for steeling my purse. Oh—the address book might give you some entertainment. I’m sure my friends and family wouldn’t mind a few dozen prank calls. You’ll probably have a headache after making all those calls so the Advil would come in handy. And really, lime green isn’t your color so you’d be better off steeling someone else’s purse. :-)
When does middle life start?
Well duh, half way between being born and dying. Sheesh. LOL But seriously, mid-life has always baffled me. What is the correct answer? When is “mid life” Is there a set age? Does everyone go through mid life at the same age? Okay, so a man reaches forty something and decided he wants a fancy new car, a big screen TV and maybe a blonde bombshell on his arm. But how does this differ from any other time in his life. Men always want bigger and better things. They are always competing with the neighbor or best friend. So really, aren’t they always in mid life.
As for women? Come on, we’re entitled to want a whole new wardrobe, a change in hair color or style. And so what if our closets are full of shoes. We need to walk, don’t we? And really, it’s the least we can do for ourselves after having to put up with the men in our lives. :-)
Where on your body do you have piercings?
Well, I have two in my ears, two in each eyebrow, one in my tongue, one in my bottom lip, one in each nipple, a belly button ring, two in that special place only allowed to be seen by my husband and doctor…hmm…where else do I have a piercing?? And if you believe I have all of those I have a ranch in the desert to sell you. :-)
Why is the "w" in "two" silent?
Because the English language is messed up. Seriously, why do we need a “K” in knot, know, knit, known and so on? And what is with the “H” in School? And do we really need a “gh” in everything. Wouldn’t life be so much easier if words were spelled like they sound. Things should be spelled how they sound. Wouldn’t it be more interesting to try and figure out what a person was talking about. Example.”I couldent get the not owt of my shoos so I wauked to scool in my socks. Wen I got thare, my teecher told me I had to ware shoos. She gave me a pare that were to tite but I dident argu.” Now wouldn’t that make our lives so much easier, and interesting. *G*
How old were you when you had your first kiss?
Oh, so now we’re getting personal. Okay, I’ll play. *G* I was thirteen and the guy was a slobber puss. Wait…my daughter might read this. I was twenty-one and my first kiss was with my husband on our wedding day. Yeah…that was how it happened, really. LOL
