A quick post because I woke late and still want to try and write a bit.
I caught my DH watching "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" last night and said, "You're watching a chick flick!"
"It's not a chick flick. I don't watch chick flicks. It's a comedy."
"Chick flick," I crowed.
"Comedy," he growled.
(Aside: I love using funky dialogue tags here... because I CAN!)
So, I post the question to you: Despite the fact that MBFGW is certainly funny, do YOU think it qualifies as a chick flick?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Chick flick, definitely. Sure it's funny, but c.f. all the way. BTW, my DH likes the movie too. I'm sure he wouldn't call it a chick flick either. The lengths they'll go to to protect their precious masculinity.
