Judy posted about Googlegangers the other day... and I was intrigued to see if I have any. (As an aside, my DH has one: a gay porn star. I can't begin to tell you how much he loves this fact.)
The good news is that I am pretty much the only Marianne Arkins out there. I actually have several names I'm known by (Most recently, She-Ma, Master of romance reviews... don't ask). So, I Googled them, and discovered a project I used to participate in -- The Overseas Coupon Program. My name is listed as one of the donors for a few years back. I wonder why I stopped? Maybe I should start again. It's a good way to use all those coupons I don't use...
Yet another identity of mine shares its identity with a Gothic Witch Elf. Huh. I had no idea that particular combo was possible, but -- I saw the picture.
Then, for grins, I Googled my maiden name and found out I am also a rock singer AND an author. Wait! I'm an author now, too. Huh... OH... I'm a dietition who writes NON-FICTION. Now I remember.

And, because Groovy said "Paradox" from Pirates of Penzance was boring, I posted another song from the show on my daily fun page on my website. Groovy, if you say this one is boring, I'll give it up.
I'm the only Ceri Hebert out there but I do share my maiden name, Cerian Williams with a Welsh athlete.
ReplyDeleteGood Heavens. As a singer and an actress I am absolutely sure that mastering that song took them weeks and weeks and weeks of exhausting practice. The subtitles went by so fast I couldn't read them, let alone know what they said/sang by listening. It was a study in well presented, indecipherable lyrics.

My googleganger is a lawyer, which is what I was supposed to become. It's kind of nice to know that someone else has taken on that responsibility...
I didn't find any other Melissa McClones out there. I did find a couple of others for my hubby! I do know there is an actress who shares my maiden name with me!
