DH bought me the cd so now I can enjoy the music (the Gerard Butler version) anytime. And we own the movie too. It's one of my favorites.

I was unimpressed with Jason's choice of Memories. And I live where Phantom has it's own permanent theatre at one of the hotels on the Strip (I've been told that it's amazing here, but haven't been to see it yet).

I've been completely surprised at how people have no idea of musicals or classic movies. Maybe because I went to a PA high school I was over exposed, but it just seems to me that people should have more knowledge of things that paved the way for their own movies and such.Chris M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/02583474260359303400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14366870.post-27744046088126982662008-04-25T15:13:00.000-04:002008-04-25T15:13:00.000-04:00Sorry you never found a copy. Gerard Butler did a fabulous job.

And, no, I never did find it. Many 20 year old guys don't have a clue about musicals. Even men in their 40s. I doubt my hubby even knew it had been made into a movie until I rented the DVD.Melissa McClonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16715664439441831529noreply@blogger.com
