I was wondering what a vole was and then read Dru's answer. We have those around here, but not much. And thanks to Tiger, we don't have to deal with them too often. *G* (Except the icky disposal of our "gift".)

Glad to hear you get out of some of the hardwood floor placing. *G*

My dumb holiday is "Toasted Marshmallow Day". Oh, YUM! I'll take it! *G*

Have a wonderful day!Brandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02738504696243512495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14366870.post-59875741105255798692008-05-31T09:02:00.000-04:002008-05-31T09:02:00.000-04:00I love the report card that you got from Doggy Day...I love the report card that you got from Doggy Daycare.

I had no idea what a vole was until I read the link and discovered it is another name for a field mouse. Don't like any mouse of any name. I do wonder why they only live for 6 months.
Good luck in catching it. I'm with you on not seeing the corpse.

I like my dumb birthday holiday

March 4 is: Call an Old Friend Day

Have a good Saturday.Druhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07978384022143035332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14366870.post-24479823536647061062008-05-31T07:55:00.000-04:002008-05-31T07:55:00.000-04:00You can come down here on your birthday and splash...You can come down here on your birthday and splash in puddles to your hearts content. Lots of luck catching the little guy. I'm with you on randomly killing things. We've used the live trap and taken squirrels to the park (when we lived in our last house in the "city") and it worked really well. I never felt bad about relocating them because we caught so many I figured we probably weren't breaking up any families! Good luck!

Hope you're having a nice weekend! :)Sarita Leonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09236262575377618259noreply@blogger.com
